2 oz Coquard Brandy
¼ oz Cinnamon syrup*
2 dashes Bittercube Cherry Bark Vanilla Bitters
2 dashes Bittercube Orange Bitters
Add brandy, syrup, and bitters to a mixing glass. Add ice, and stir for 30-45 seconds. Strain into an Old Fashioned glass with one large ice cube. Twist an orange peel over the drink and drop it in for garnish.
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup water
4 cinnamon sticks, broken into large pieces
Bring all ingredients to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to medium-low and let simmer for 10 minutes until sugar has dissolved, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and let cool. Discard cinnamon sticks, strain into a clean glass jar, and cover. Store refrigerated for up to 3 weeks.
