.75 oz 1876 Press House Brandy
.75 oz Quince & Apple Citrus Syrup
Prairie Sunburst Red Wine (chilled)
1 sphere of ice
A few ice cubes
A Shaker
An 8 oz Rocks Glass

Pour brandy and syrup into a shaker with a few ice cubes. Shake. Strain into an 8 oz rocks glass. Add 1 spherical ice cube to the rocks glass. Slowly pour the chilled wine over the top of the sphere to fill the glass and create a layered eclipse cocktail.
