The Tom Collins is a classic refreshing gin cocktail that lends itself to easy experimentation. By using a cranberry simple syrup you can convert the classic summer cooler into a festive fall cocktail. The floral qualities of our Garden Gate Gin combine with the tartness of Wisconsin cranberries to make a perfect refreshing cocktail for your upcoming holiday celebrations.

Cranberry Collins

  • 1 ½ oz Wollersheim Garden Gate Gin
  • ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
  • ¾ oz Cranberry simple syrup*
  • Club Soda
  • Combine the Gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in an ice filled Collins glass and stir. Top off with club soda and garnish with a rosemary sprig.

    *To make cranberry simple syrup

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups Cranberries
  • Combine sugar, water, and cranberries in a small saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 15 minutes or until cranberries are falling apart. Strain through a fine mesh strainer and allow to cool. Keep syrup refrigerated in an airtight container.
