Cranberry Collins
Combine the Gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in an ice filled Collins glass and stir. Top off with club soda and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
*To make cranberry simple syrup
Combine sugar, water, and cranberries in a small saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 15 minutes or until cranberries are falling apart. Strain through a fine mesh strainer and allow to cool. Keep syrup refrigerated in an airtight container.
