ICE WINE RELEASE

Celebrate the release of Wollersheim Winery Ice Wine 2009! Enjoy a taste of this “Nectar of the Vines” along with a few other sweet Wollersheim wines, plus take a complimentary Ice Wine tour with visit to the vineyard where the Ice Wine grapes hang until they freeze hard as marbles. A cheesecake plate and all Wollersheim wines by the glass will be available to purchase. Live harp music will enhance this tasting experience. The Winery Store will be open extended hours until 7:00 pm. (No admission fee. Open to the public.)

Our annual Open House offers grapevine pruning, cooking with wine demonstrations, and winemaking explanations scheduled each day. Visits through the winery’s modern fermentation facilities and historic underground aging cellars take place throughout the day, plus bottling line demonstrations and interactive displays are available for families to enjoy along a self-guided tour.(No admission fee.
