Spirits Tasting & Self-Guided Tour
A meandering self-guided tour will bring you through our Stillhouse, home of our traditional copper pot still and our new American-made still, then follow through the Tank Hall and Grain Fermentation areas, all while enjoying tastes of a few of our newly released distilled spirits (by state law, each person can sample up to 3 choices). Our featured spirit is the all-Wisconsin Coquard Brandy, Batch No. 3.

Other spirits include our Wisconsin Apple Brandy, Apple Eau de Vie, Garden Gate Gin, and Dancehall Absinthe Blanche.

BBQ Food
Food from local Sauk City resident, Cody Wood of Wood BBQ, will be here both days to tempt your taste buds with his award-winning BBQ. Cody won the 2015 People’s Choice Award at the Madison Magazine BBQ Festival here in Sauk City in May. Items for purchase include a Bbq Rib Dinner served with sweet potato chips, coleslaw and dinner roll, a Pork Sandwich Dinner served with sweet potato chips and coleslaw, Bbq Nachos (sweet potato chips topped w/pulled pork and bbq sauce), and a Pulled Pork Sandwich.

Music on Saturday
Enjoy the sounds of Wrenclaw and Derek Pritzl as they play a blend of Wisconsin country soul stew. Wrenclaw’s slide guitars combined with Pritzl’s vocals are a meeting of spirits of folk troubadours and dusty barrelhouse bluesmen. They will be performing from 12 noon – 3:30 on Saturday.

Other Notes
Parking for the distillery is the same as the winery. Stroll to the walkway where the path splits. The distillery will also have wine available by the glass. The winery will be open for regular tours and tastings. Our pick-up building will be open for purchases of 12+ bottles of wine.
