Prairie du Sac, Wis – Experience old world charm as you ring in the 2016 holiday season at Wollersheim Winery & Distillery’s “A Vintage Christmas.” The festive celebration will take place Saturday, November 26, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and will offer visitors a chance to soak in Wollersheim’s history, along with the spirt of the season. Among the highlights:
A Holiday Wine & Spirits Walk ¬– Take a strolling walk along a new, expanded route through the winery and aging cellars, and the distillery stillroom and fermentation room. Along the way, taste a selection of Wollersheim wines and spirits, along with festive Wisconsin artisanal cheeses. A special holiday treat prepared by the local Blue Spoon Café of Prairie du Sac will also be available.
Christmas Carolers – Enjoy a glass of wine or a cocktail while listening to sounds of the season from local Christmas carolers, who will be performing in the winery’s Sugarloaf Room from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
